1. Scope of the service
The Site showcases the properties and concierge services offered by Le Sicilien in Palermo and Sicily. A request submitted through the Site's forms is an availability request, not a confirmed booking: confirmation only occurs after our team verifies it and, for properties, once the booking is completed on the Kross Booking engine, to which you are redirected.
2. Booking properties
Short-term rental bookings are made through Kross Booking, an independent booking engine. The applicable contractual terms, payment terms and cancellation policies for each property are shown at the time of booking on that engine and take precedence over anything stated generically on the Site.
3. Concierge and extra services
Concierge services (private chef, yacht charter, transfers, experiences) listed in the "Extras" section of the Site are subject to availability confirmation by our team. Where payment is requested via Revolut or another indicated system, it should be understood as [TO COMPLETE: deposit/full payment] confirming the service booking. 4. Right of withdrawal

Le Sicilien takes great care in publishing accurate information on the Site, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. Le Sicilien is not responsible for service failures caused by third-party providers (Kross Booking, carriers, concierge service suppliers) or by force majeure events preventing delivery of a booked service.
7. Intellectual property
Text, photographs, logos and any other content on the Site are owned by Le Sicilien or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Palermo, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-forum rules. Under EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
